Bylt Capital, LLC funds merchant cash advances, lines of credit and equipment financing directly. Other products, including SBA loans, term loans, invoice factoring, revenue-based financing and real estate financing, are provided by third-party lenders. For those, Bylt Capital acts as a broker and may be compensated by the lender.
A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a share of your business's future receivables at a discount. You deliver the purchased amount through daily or weekly remittances from your sales. Your agreement explains the purchase price, the total amount to be delivered, the remittance schedule and any rights to adjust remittances.
Amounts, terms, APRs and factor rates shown on this site are indicative ranges, not offers. Your actual terms depend on your business, credit, documents, state and the funder, and appear only in your written offer and agreement. Loan products show cost as an annual percentage rate (APR); merchant cash advances use a factor rate.
Where state law requires a commercial financing disclosure, you will receive it before you sign.
The application uses a soft credit pull, which doesn't affect your credit score. Some products may need a hard credit pull later in the process; you'll be told before that happens.
Decision and funding times on this site are typical, not guaranteed. Same-day decisions apply to complete files received by 5:00 PM ET on business days. Funding depends on documents, verification and the funder.
Statistics such as capital deployed, businesses funded and states served are approximate, cumulative, and updated periodically.
All financing is for business purposes. We don't offer consumer credit or financing for personal, family or household use.
